Glen was scouted through an AR Elite Elite Pro XI showcase game, where his athleticism, versatility and defensive presence caught the attention of professional scouts. After continuing to develop with AR Elite and featuring in the JPL National Championships, Glen earned a two-year scholarship with Burnley FC.
