Head Coach

As a Head Coach, you will lead one of our academy teams by planning and delivering high-quality training sessions, managing matchdays and creating a professional environment where players can develop both on and off the pitch.

Requirements
  • UEFA C Licence or currently working towards it
  • Available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
  • Based in Manchester or the North West
  • Experience coaching youth football
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with an excellent work ethic
  • Reliable, organised and professional
  • Passionate about long-term player development
Volunteer Role

Assistant Coach

Age groups available
U14U15U16U18

Our Assistant Coaches support the Head Coach during training sessions and fixtures while gaining valuable experience within a high-performance academy environment.

Requirements
  • UEFA C Licence or currently working towards it
  • Available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
  • Based in Manchester or the North West
  • Enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to develop
  • Passion for youth football and player development
Volunteer Role

Sports Therapist / Physiotherapist

Support players during training sessions and matchdays by providing pitch-side medical cover, injury assessment and rehabilitation support.

Requirements
  • Qualified or currently studying Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy or a related discipline
  • First Aid qualification preferred
  • Available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays where possible
  • Based in Manchester or the North West
  • Professional, reliable and passionate about athlete welfare
  • Able to work safely within a youth football environment
Paid Role

North West Scout

We are looking for an experienced and motivated scout to identify talented unsigned players across the North West. You will attend grassroots, academy and non-league matches on Saturdays and Sundays, build relationships with clubs, coaches and players, and identify individuals with the potential to join AR Elite Academy.

Responsibilities
  • Attend football matches across the North West
  • Identify high-potential unsigned players
  • Produce player reports and recommendations
  • Build relationships with grassroots clubs and coaches
  • Work closely with the Academy Director and coaching staff
  • Support recruitment across all academy age groups
  • Attend Talent ID events when required
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of youth football within the North West
  • Previous scouting or recruitment experience is desirable
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Reliable transport and willingness to travel
  • Passion for identifying talented players
  • Professional, organised and self-motivated
Paid Role

Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to help identify and recruit the best unsigned football talent across the UK. Working closely with the Academy Director and coaching staff, the Recruitment Manager will play a key role in strengthening our squads by building relationships with clubs, coaches and players, attending matches and Talent ID events, and identifying players with the potential to progress.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit high-potential unsigned players
  • Attend grassroots, academy and non-league fixtures
  • Build relationships with clubs, coaches and football contacts
  • Recommend players for trials and academy programmes
  • Maintain an organised recruitment database
  • Support Talent ID events and scouting activity
  • Work alongside coaching staff to strengthen every age group
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of youth football
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Previous scouting or recruitment experience is desirable
  • Ability to travel to matches and events
  • Professional, organised and self-motivated
Volunteer Role

Graphic Designer

Help grow the AR Elite Academy brand by creating engaging visual content for our academy, players, teams, sponsors and events.

Responsibilities
  • Matchday graphics
  • Player signing and announcement graphics
  • Tournament and event promotions
  • Sponsor content
  • Social media campaigns
  • Marketing materials
  • Academy branding assets
Requirements
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar software
  • Creative eye for football and sports content
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to follow brand guidelines
  • Passion for football is an advantage

Student And Work Experience Opportunities

We are looking to connect with students who are passionate about football and want to gain real, hands-on experience within a growing private football academy.
